SalezPoint is available as a software-only system if you want to purchase it and run it on your own computer system (see requirements below), or you can purchase a complete hardware and software package including the software, cash drawer and touch screen computer.

 

Hardware Requirements

2 Free USB ports, standard keyboard and mouse
Display with minimum 1024 x 768 resolution
Printer

If you wish to run the software on your own computer, you will also need to talk to our consultants about the types and models of cash drawer, receipt printers and bar code scanners which are recommended for use with SalezPoint.

POS 660 units feature a screen which can be tilted from between 10° to 70° making them ideal for a retail setting. They sit comfortably on top of the cash drawer minimising the use of counter space.

These units allow for the use of a second (customer facing) display if required.

 

Pricing

Pricing for the SalezPoint software only package starts at NZ$1800 + GST.

Pricing for the touch screen hardware and software bundle starts at NZ$3990 + GST (includes SalezPoint software, computer, touch screen, cash drawer and one receipt printer).

Please note that these prices do not include installation, training, product and POS configuration, or some additional items of hardware such as barcode scanner, additional printers, uninterruptible power supplies and so on.

 

Annual Software Licensing

The SalezPoint software is licenced for use on an annual basis -- in April each year you will be charged an Annual Support and Upgrade Fee of NZ$240 + GST per operational site (additional annual charges will apply for multi-user installations).

This fee helps us continue to update and maintain SalezPoint, and enables you to download and install the most recent version of the software at any time. These new versions may represent updated versions of the software to remain compatible with newly released versions of the Windows or Mac OS X operating systems, or may be versions with significant new features.

Our goal is to be able to ensure that all users of the software have access to the most up-to-date version, without having to worry about paying for minor upgrades -- the single annual fee covers all your upgrades over time. This also ensures that you can accurately budget for the software upgrade costs each year.
