Snuggly nestled behind the Marlbrough Aero Club clubrooms at Omaka Aerodrome in Blenheim, New Zealand, is ZK-CPT 'Merchant Courier', one of the few remaining Bristol Freighter aircraft on display in the world. On Friday 13th June 2008, the port engine of 'Merchant Courier' was fired up for the first time in almost twenty years, as a prelude to restoring the aircraft to taxi capability. Check out the awesome rumble of the Bristol Hercules 14-cylinder sleeve valve radial engine!
