DVD Video Scrapbook + Blu-Ray: P-40 Kittyhawk - NZ$39.95
A Collection Of Contemporary Film Clips Of P40 Kittyhawks In New Zealand Skies
During the past two decades a number of Curtiss
P-40 Kittyhawk aircraft have been restored in New
Zealand. Some of these have only flown here once or twice before heading away for overseas owners, but several others have been permanently based in New Zealand allowing many Kiwis to experience the sight and sound of the fighters which the RNZAF put to good use in the Pacific during World War Two.
These disks provide another opportunity to see and hear some of these aircraft, and in some cases to experience the pilots view from the cockpit.
No Narration: The majority of the segments on this DVD feature an audio track which does NOT contain narration or music, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the aircraft alone. A few segments have a second audio track with a short narrative that can be switched on if desired.

About Video Scrapbooks
The HAFU Video Scrapbook Series is designed to provide enthusiasts with high quality collections of aviation film clips. These are not full documentary programs with running voice-over or narration. Eeach disk is a ‘scrapbook’ collection containing a variety of short film clips, generally between two to fifteen minutes long, which provide scenes of the aircraft in action, the like of which are rarely contained in documentary style DVDs, nor shown on broadcast television.
