WoW

Wings of War is a game series which merges card and board game mechanics (including optional 1/144 scale miniatures) to recreate World War One aerial combat (Ages: 10 & up, 2-4 players).

CardsAircraft are represented by a single card playing piece (or miniature) on any flat surface; players choose and play maneuver cards simultaneously to represent the actions of the aeroplane they control.

Different aircraft use different decks of “Maneuver” cards to represent their different capabilities. Different decks of "Damage" cards are used to take into account their fighting effectiveness and to keep track of damage.

Each Wings of War set is a complete game for 2 to 4 players which may be combined with extra sets, or with other copies of the same set, to play larger games.

Games with 4-6 aircraft usually take 30-40 minutes at most to complete. Each set contains over 20 aircraft (cards) each depicted with historically accurate colour schemes.
