George Pycraft talks about the World War 2 Universal Scout Carrier on display at the New Zealand National Army Museum in Waiouru, New Zealand.
Mainly Military Museum (in Masterton, New Zealand) brought their restored WW2-era Universal Carrier to the Wings Over Wairarapa airshow to be part of the world record attempt at gathering the largest number of running carriers together in one place at one time (in 2015).
The Universal (a.k.a Bren Gun) Carrier was one of the British Army's most ubiquitous light tracked vehicles during the Second World War. Many models, including the one shown in this video were built in both New Zealand and Australia during the course of the war.
